This department plays an essential role in examining the quality of raw materials and ensuring the quality of materials as per purchase order is received .The department is headed by the chief executive officer and quality assurance inspector and also the department consisting more than fifteen workers. The functions this department as follows,

 Receiving materials from various supplier through various transportation modes acknowledging the receipts.

Preparing goods received note by filling up the details of quantity grade and other information about materials like the quantity received, counts and weight, etc.,

Conducting the materials inspecting to check the quality and other specifications of materials.
