LABOUR

            The production unit-I is having an 30 employees and the production unit-II is comprised of 25 employees. Due to the expansion, the installation of auto cones , the workers of the cone winding  section will be utilizing of their future expansion

ATTENDANCE SYSTEM

            All the workers shall work in their respective department in the time fixed and notified and shall not leave the work shop before time. The workman come late to the work place, the worker shall be sent out from the work place and it’s treated as absent.

LEAVE AND HOLIDAYS

            An employees may take leave on his duty work, because of some unavoidable reasons and due to permission of the employer or the organization. Workers in every organization should be provided   with a sufficient number of  leaves so that they may refresh and revitalize themselves and contribute their best effort to the organization.

Every employee takes leave maximum two days and the employees may give leave letter before taking a leave and his salary of 20% amount added in his account.

Leave with pay will be allowed as per provision of  FACTORIES ACT 1948 and other holidays shall be accordance with, law and as per the percent practice that is day leaves including National festival holidays plus other five days leave.

TYPES OF LEAVE

 The workers leave will be classified into two categories namely, Any workmen who are in need of the leave should apply for leave with the prior permission of the managing director.

  • Casual leave(without salary)
  • Earned leave(with salary)

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

            The first step in training and development programmed is to identify the training needs of the employees. Then a training programmer is designed and conducted for them.

During the training period, employees get full compensation. The training programmer is applicable to all employees in the company. Training is conducted by the experience persons.

MOTIVATION

            Motivation is nothing but an inner drive that makes the person to complete their task. Motivation is done through financial factors and non- financial factors to motivate the employees.

VARIOUS FACILITIES OFFERED BY THE COMPANY

            The company is offers various facilities for the employee’s welfare. The employees are properly utilized by the company with reasonable monetary benefit.

DRINKING WATER

            The company is providing drinking water facilities through water tab, tanks are chlorinated periodically.

MEDICAL FACILITIES

            Whenever the employees need medical facilities, the company provides. Medicals refer to the health care facilities provided by a business enterprises to its employees in case of their sickness, accident or diseases. The health care facilities may include a proper arrangement for the treatment of the employees and their departments, on free or concessional rates.

          Once in week, conducts meeting for workers. Employees communicate and represent their problems through open door policy.

          Bonuses are paid all employees. Bonus is paid according to the profit.

LABOUR WAGES

          They give more employment opportunities only to the unemployed women and men from all villages in and around the unit. They are getting on the job training and the wages are paid as per the labor act.
